• Platform authentication codes — one-time verification codes sent during authorized-user onboarding to an IMC-operated product (for example, Loan Officer access to the mortgage CRM, team-member access to the IBS Voice CRM, and similar) to confirm identity and complete account access
• Escrow confirmation codes — one-time codes required to authorize the on-chain release of funds from escrow vaults
• Account notifications — updates about your loan status, payment reminders, transaction receipts, and service-related notices

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our other services, but may prevent the completion of certain flows that require SMS verification.
