There are four ways to join, and every one of them requires your own affirmative action:

Customer-facing forms on this site that collect a mobile number also carry this optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox next to the phone field. It is SMS-only, not bundled with email, phone calls, or our Terms of Service. You must check it yourself; nothing is pre-checked, and those forms submit without it if you leave it blank. You will receive this confirmation:

When you call (725) 605-1972, our receptionist offers a text confirmation only if you say yes. They read: “By providing your phone number you agree to receive SMS appointment confirmations, callbacks, and account notifications from Innovative Blockchain Solutions. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.” We record that consent with the date and how it was given.
Messages are informational and transactional only: confirmations and reminders for consultations and appointments you book with us, callback confirmations, follow-ups to questions you asked our receptionist or website assistant, account and service notifications for the IBS products you use (CORTEX CRM, IBS Scale, and the IBS platform), one-time verification codes when you are onboarded as an authorized user, and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing or promotional text campaigns.
Message frequency varies with your activity, typically 1 to 4 messages per month. Some months you will receive none.
Innovative Blockchain Solutions does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply under your plan with your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT all work. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts from this program. To resubscribe, reply START. Our automatic reply to STOP is:
“Innovative Blockchain Solutions: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.”
Opting out of text messages does not affect your account, your appointments, or any other way we contact you.
How we handle your phone number and message content is described in our Privacy Policy, and the full program terms are in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, SMS opt-in consent, SMS content, or any SMS-related personal information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
