These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Illusive Motor Concepts ("IMC", "we", "our", or "us"), the business entity that operates the technology platform and website at innovativeblockchainsolutions.live under the "Innovative Blockchain Solutions" (IBS) brand family. IMC is the registered sender of all voice and SMS messages sent through the platform. These Terms cover our full range of products and services, including the IMC auto lending marketplace, P2P vehicle escrow, and related voice and SMS features. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
IMC provides decentralized finance and software tools including:
Smart contract transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded by IMC. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

Consent to SMS. By providing your phone number in connection with your use of IMC services — whether on an escrow listing or purchase form, during account onboarding as an authorized user of an IMC-operated product (including but not limited to the IMC auto lending marketplace, P2P vehicle escrow, IBS Voice CRM, IBS Optimize Scanner, the mortgage CRM, Illuminate, and any future IMC-operated products), or during any other account setup flow — and by accepting these Terms, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Illusive Motor Concepts (IMC) at the phone number you provide. Your acceptance of these Terms together with your provision of a phone number during the onboarding or transaction flow constitutes your express written consent for the purposes of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws.
The SMS messages we send are strictly transactional or informational. We do NOT send marketing, advertising, promotional, or sales SMS under any circumstances. Purposes include:
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the transactions you initiate. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and others.
Opt-out. You can opt out of all non-emergency SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@innovativeblockchainsolutions.live. We will process your opt-out request promptly.
Opting out may prevent you from completing flows that require SMS verification, including on-chain escrow releases and new authorized-user account activation. We do not share, rent, or sell SMS consent, phone number, or SMS content data with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

IMC is a technology provider, not a registered financial advisor, broker-dealer, law firm, or tax advisor. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals before making any financial or legal decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
All content on our platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Illusive Motor Concepts (IMC) and Innovative Blockchain Solutions (IBS) brand names — is the property of IMC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
