These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Innovative Blockchain Solutions, LLC ("IBS", "we", "our", or "us"), the business entity that operates the technology platform and website at innovativeblockchainsolutions.live and the products offered under the IBS brand family. Innovative Blockchain Solutions, LLC (IBS) is the registered sender of all voice and SMS messages sent through the platform. These Terms cover our full range of products and services, including CORTEX CRM, IBS Scale, the IBS Optimize scanner, the IBS voice receptionist, the Illusive Motor Concepts (IMC) auto lending marketplace and P2P vehicle escrow, and related voice and SMS features. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Smart contract transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded by IBS. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your account, your appointments, or any other way we contact you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovative Blockchain Solutions, LLC (IBS) and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovative Blockchain Solutions, LLC (IBS) and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
All content on our platform (including text, graphics, logos, software, and the Innovative Blockchain Solutions (IBS) and Illusive Motor Concepts (IMC) brand names) is the property of Innovative Blockchain Solutions, LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
